Data Protection and GDPR
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and associated Data Protection Bill, replaced the Data Protection Act 1998 on 25th May 2018. Public organisations (including schools) are required to comply with GDPR.
We already have strong data protection policies and protections which have all now been updated in line with the GDPR requirements. We value and protect all of our pupil, parent and staff data and will, of course, continue to do so.
