Reception Learning 2025 - 2026 

Term 1

Welcome to Whitehall Primary School and the Reception page.

This term the children will be learning all about their families and people who are important to them.  We will also look at keeping ourselves healthy.  We will practise counting to 5 and looking at n=making 5 in lots of different ways.  We will also look at shape and sorting.  IN phonics we will begin to learn our sounds and practise writing these.  We will begin to blend the sounds and maybe even write words.
