Reception Learning 2024 - 25

Term 1

Welcome to the Whitehall!  

This term out topic will be 'All about me!'.  The children will talk about their families and people that are important to them.  We will also be looking at keeping healthy and our bodies!  We will begin to learn some sounds and how to write them.  We will then put the sounds together to make words.  In maths we will look at numbers to 5, and think about counting amounts, and more and less.

The children will have lots of opportunities to explore the reception environment and make lots of new friends.
